Great place!! Really personable staff who are looking out for you. They have always been so cheerful and ready to help - even when moving is stressful and not ideal they are very understanding and helpful! The staff made it so easy to get set up there and it has been very hassle free! They have made contacting them super easy and I have never waited for anything really! As for the unit it’s great just what I need as I moved home and did not need all my own furniture and stuff! They are flexible with move out too which makes me feel great that I can leave without needing to give them a bunch of months notice or anything! Great prices and very reasonable- also a Canadian owned company! Great experience at access storage Chatham

To whom this may concern, I'm writing on behalf of myself, I'm a new client who came into access storage (may 21th 2026) for the first time and was greeted with Trisha warm embrace and kind words she was very detailed about the services and products of access storage. Trisha made sure that I understand what was offered not only she was knowledgeable about services and showed us how to gain access to the property and how to use the product and safety precautions. I really appreciate Trisha and all she did for my family and I thanks again for all your hard work and dedication and going the extra mile.

Great experience - my sister was moving and Trisha Green (the manager) was super helpful, understanding, and patient. She was leaving but saw us outside and stopped and helped us before she took off. She was beyond amazing. Definitely woild recommend this place just because of her

had a genuinely great experience with Access Storage, and I especially want to acknowledge the store manager, Trish. From the day I signed up to the day I moved my things out, I felt treated with kindness, patience, and respect.
I was going through a stressful transition and moving into a new home, and the team made the entire storage process feel manageable instead of overwhelming. Trish was always approachable, understanding, and willing to work with me when things didn’t go exactly according to plan. That level of care made a huge difference during a difficult time.
I’m truly grateful for the support and understanding I received. If you’re looking for a storage facility with great people who actually care, Access Storage absolutely deserves the five stars.

We had our storage for a year, moved to Saskatchewan. These ladies, customer service, sorry can't remember names, but they are so friendly and helpful. Thank you ladies. They also love journey stories. Share some with them. Especially the funny ones.
