Access Storage - Chatham

We have only just started storing our contents with this location, but we were very pleased with the service and care that was provided by Christa and Trish. They were knowledgeable and easy to talk to and were helpful in finding us the best rates and won our business with their hard work.

Staff are incredibly welcoming, kind, passionate and knowledgeable. Very positive energy and work environment they’ve set. Kudos to Krista for going above and beyond to help me in anyway she could. Although the prices could be better, they were still manageable.

***edit to previous review Maybe just maybe we are finally seeing something done in regards to this horrid situation. I wish that this was dealt with a lot quicker but better late than never. We will keep everyone posted regarding the result of the experience

Trish was excellent to deal with. Very friendly and knows her business. Trish made the entire process of getting a storage unit very easy. She is very welcoming and does everything to make the customer happy. I would definitely recommend Access Storage to anyone need the service Trish made it very easy
