Trisha was incredible! Made the experience flawless, gave me the best deal to meet my storage needs. So supportive to a customer there before me, who was having difficulty accessing his storage unit. She was patient and kind, and I was impressed with how she handled that situation. The other employee was so helpful as well...she showed me the app, and all the features I could use to make the storage unit experience easier for me. Great office staff. 10/10 and a pleasure to work with! HIGHLY recommend.

Recently used Access Storage in Chatham and had a great experience from start to finish. Trish was super friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained. I really appreciated the flexible access hours and how straightforward everything was. Whether you're moving, downsizing, or just need extra space, I highly recommend this location. It gave my wife and I peace of mind knowing our belongings were safe and easily accessible. Five stars all the way!

I dealt with Trish and let me say , what a very incredible experience . I had to move into my unit a day early on a Sunday when they are closed and she made it so effortless for me . She was kind and understanding and everything I needed to get into my unit was handled extremely well . Thank you Trish for an incredible job very well done . Kudos to you .
