Access Storage - Chatham

Customer Service was amazing...it was an emergency situation and they had the unit set up quickly. April went above and beyond to ensure we were set up and even stayed late on a Friday night to ensure all paperwork was done and I was able to purchase the requires lock. Christa was also amazing and able to answer any and all questions as she stayed late as well and was more then willing to explain it all again the next day!! Amazing stellar service from the Chatham office and the Region Manager!!

I loved how Christa understood my family dynamics and needs. She explained the unit sizes in person and how to use the lock and door safely. Christa had a very busy day and still took time to make sure I understood everything. I appreciate her being so personable, great eye contact and laughing at my giggles that she said “were so cute.” Thank you for great customer service that you don’t see so much of anymore.

This was by far my best storage experience ever. From the beginning with general information, to booking a unit, being offered the specials and then shown around the facility. When I needed to call from another city because I was having trouble accessing my account the staff was very helpful and understanding. When closing out my account once again staff made it easy for me. I can't say enough good about the Chatham locations staff. Professional yet friendly they made the experience what it was. Thank-you I will recommend your services to all I know.

Miss.Scott was amazing and explained everything very clear and in detail. Was very knowledgeable about the services and about the current deals that were available. As well as her co workers were very friendly and inviting.
