Access Storage - Chatham

We have only just started storing our contents with this location, but we were very pleased with the service and care that was provided by Christa and Trish. They were knowledgeable and easy to talk to and were helpful in finding us the best rates and won our business with their hard work.

I am very pleased with Access Storage at 75 Richmond Street in Chatham Ont. The office manager was very professional and understanding of the stress that one experiences when moving in the winter. She was very flexible with the start date as I was unsure as to when I could physically move my heavy boxes and art work. I was impressed that I only had to pay the insurance fee and the first 28 days of storage was free.

Trisha green was amazing, even tho she had precommitment, she stayed and helped with locker, even tho I was 3 days past and switched it up. Thank you for your patience and time. You rock!

My experience with Access Storage was fabulous very helpful staff very understanding gave me a chair to sit in so I could take some stress off my shoulders... Trisha is a super person I'd highly recommend Access Storage for all your needs...
