had a genuinely great experience with Access Storage, and I especially want to acknowledge the store manager, Trish. From the day I signed up to the day I moved my things out, I felt treated with kindness, patience, and respect.
I was going through a stressful transition and moving into a new home, and the team made the entire storage process feel manageable instead of overwhelming. Trish was always approachable, understanding, and willing to work with me when things didn’t go exactly according to plan. That level of care made a huge difference during a difficult time.
I’m truly grateful for the support and understanding I received. If you’re looking for a storage facility with great people who actually care, Access Storage absolutely deserves the five stars.

I enjoyed the unit it was spacious and clean. I liked the ability to pay online. However I do think a little money should have been reimbursed because I closed my uint on the 9th and it was paid until the 12th.

I dealt with Trish and let me say , what a very incredible experience . I had to move into my unit a day early on a Sunday when they are closed and she made it so effortless for me . She was kind and understanding and everything I needed to get into my unit was handled extremely well . Thank you Trish for an incredible job very well done . Kudos to you . Keep up the very excellent work that you do .

Trisha was incredible! Made the experience flawless, gave me the best deal to meet my storage needs. So supportive to a customer there before me, who was having difficulty accessing his storage unit. She was patient and kind, and I was impressed with how she handled that situation. The other employee was so helpful as well...she showed me the app, and all the features I could use to make the storage unit experience easier for me. Great office staff. 10/10 and a pleasure to work with! HIGHLY recommend.
